Dr. Surabhi Singh holds a PhD in Digital Marketing and Consumer Behaviour from Aligarh Muslim University, India. She has a strong academic foundation with two master’s degrees and two postgraduate diplomas. In addition, she has earned several international certifications in Digital Marketing, Neuromarketing, and Marketing Analytics, reflecting her continuous learning and global exposure.
With around 23 years of rich experience in academics and industry administration, Dr. Singh has held several leadership and academic roles. She is currently serving as Dean – MBA at IIMT College of Engineering. Prior to this, she was Professor of Marketing and Head – International Relations at GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR), Greater Noida, where she also handled the institutional research journal “Optimization” as Associate Editor.
Her academic and research interests cover a wide range of areas, including Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behaviour, Emerging Technologies, Digital Transformation, and Strategy. She has played a key editorial role as Associate Editor for two special issues of reputed journals, namely the Journal of Consumer Behaviour and the International Journal of Business Analytics. She also serves on the Editorial Boards of well-known journals such as the Emerald Journal of Emerging Market Case Studies and the International Journal of E-Adoption, among others. In addition, she has reviewed manuscripts for several prestigious national and international journals.
Dr. Singh has an impressive and consistent publication record of over 100 research papers, published in reputed national and international journals and publishers, including Emerald, Inderscience, IGI Global, Sage, Springer, and Taylor & Francis. She is also a regular contributor to the Marketing Swan blog, writing on diverse marketing and research-related topics across multiple platforms.
She has authored three books on Digital Marketing, Research Methodology, and Neuromarketing, and has edited 10 books on contemporary themes such as Artificial Intelligence, Affiliate Marketing, Sustainability, Case Studies, Skill Development, Service Innovations, and the National Education Policy (NEP). Notably, her edited books on Affiliate Marketing and Service Innovations in Tourism, published with IGI Global, USA, are Scopus indexed, highlighting their academic impact and global relevance.
Dr. Singh is also a renowned global speaker and has delivered talks and keynote sessions at prestigious platforms such as TEDx, Delhi University, Rama University, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), AIMA, ISTD, NIESBUD, NCHMCT, Krirk University, and the Urban Infra Summit. Alongside teaching and research, she has actively contributed to research development as a PhD guide and examiner for both government and private universities. She has also successfully executed several sponsored research and consultancy projects during her career.
Beyond academics, Dr. Singh has demonstrated strong leadership and social engagement. From August 2020 to August 2021, she served as President of the Ghaziabad City Council of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). She is also actively involved as a Senior Advisor with the Digital Education and Skills Council, contributing to policy, education, and skill development initiatives.
Dr. Surabhi Singh continues to make significant contributions to management education, research, leadership, and industry-academia collaboration, with a strong focus on innovation, quality education, and global engagement.
