As the organisers of the upcoming RailTrans Expo 2024 (Rail & Transit Expo), we have been receiving several questions from exhibitors as well as trade visitors regarding the event. In order to ensure clarity and provide all necessary information, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) along with their answers for your convenience. Please take a few moments to review them below:

What are the dates and venue for the RailTrans Expo 2024?
    The RailTrans Expo 2024 will be held on 15th & 16th October 2024. The tentative location for the venue is Dwarka, New Delhi. Please note that this information is also available on our official website.

    When can exhibitors set up their booths?
    A day early access would be given to all Exhibitors to install abd setup their booths.

    An exhibitor's manual containing a full set of forms for your requirement of additional services will be sent to you on receipt of the booking form. Please fill up the forms clearly and email the same to us before the specified deadline. Your early action will help us meet your requirements. Kindly place your orders minimum 30 days before the commencement of the event. On-site orders will bear a 30% surcharge.

    Is there any discounts to exhibitors, if they confirm their space bookings within financial year 2023-24?
    Yes, to encourage exhibitors, we have introduced a flat 10% discount as Early Bird Offer.

    Will exhibitors have access to electricity and Wi-Fi at the venue?
    Yes, electricity and basic Wi-Fi connectivity will be provided to all exhibitors.

    Are there any restrictions on booth display materials and designs?
    While we do not impose strict restrictions on booth materials and designs, we kindly request exhibitors to ensure their displays are professional and in line with the nature of the event. Promotional materials should focus on railways and transportation related products/services, and any potentially hazardous materials or equipment must be approved in advance.

    Is there a limit on the number of staff members allowed at each booth?
    No, there is no strict limit on the number of staff members at each booth. However, we encourage exhibitors to ensure that their booth is adequately staffed to accommodate visitor inquiries and engage with attendees effectively.

    Is the RailTrans Expo open to Trade Visitors and the General Public?
RailTrans Expo is an exclusive trade exhibition platform for professionals in the Railways, Metros, Transportation, Infrastructure and Manufacturing industry and is only open to trade visitors who are interested in knowing more about the latest innovations, new launches in the market and for those who wish to explore the varied offerings and the best industry products showcased by exhibitors from across the world.

I registered myself Online and did not get any response. How can I check the status of my Online Pre-Registration?
Generally, we provide automated response within 24 hours. In case you did not get any response/reply, you can send an email to info@railtransexpo.com with the subject line: Status of My Online Pre-Registration. Kindly highlight your name, company name, contact number and the job title used to register online so that we can check the status of your online pre-registration for the RailTrans Expo. We will send a reply to you within 24 to72 hours.

Is it mandatory for every visitor to Online Pre-Registration to visit the RailTrans Expo?
Yes, it is mandatory to pre-register online in order to enter the RailTrans Expo. Visitors without pre-registration details will not be allowed to visit RailTrans Expo 2024.

What are the dates of the RailTrans Expo 2024?
RailTrans Expo 2024 will be held between the 15th and the 16th of October 2024 in New Delhi (NCR), India.

What are the Business/Visiting hours of the RailTrans Expo 2024?
The RailTrans Expo will be open between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM from the 15th October to the 16th October 2024.

Is parking available at the Expo Centre?
You will be able to find ample Parking facility is available on payment basis within the venue.

Will there be concurrent Conference / Workshops during the Exhibition period?
You can attend seminars, workshops and Industry award ceremony helmed by experts in the industry. The sessions will cover new-age manufacturing techniques / cutting edge technology, application of Railways & Transportation in newer industries and many more interesting topics.

Will there be a Cafeteria at the Exhibition Centre?
Yes, there will be a multi-cuisine food court at the exhibition.

Will there be an Exhibitors Directory available for the Visitors?
Yes, you can get a copy of the Exhibitors Directory at the Registration Desk. It will include a detailed list of exhibitors along with each exhibitor’s profile, products and the services offered.

Can a registered Visitor Enter and Exit the Exhibition more than once?
