Please note:
- GST @18% applicable on Indian participants.
- Atleast 50% advance payment required while booking the space.
- 10% Extra charge on corner position premium booths.
- Special discounts are available for MSMEs and Start-ups.
- In-built booths will be non-fabricated.

📢 Early Bird Offer: Avail 10% flat discounts on space booking before 31st December 2024.

Terms & conditions:

  • The minimum size of a shell-type booth is 4 sqm (2m x 2m). However, bare space is available for 18 sqm & above booths only.
  • A 50% advance payment is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to the commencement of RailTrans Expo 2025/InnoTech Expo 2025. Booths will be allocated on a 'first come, first serve' basis.  
  • Some of the premium booths are reserved for lead sponsors/partners initially. If not filled up, then these will be offered to other exhibitors in due course of time. 
  • The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event venue and floor plan, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on-site. All exhibitors are obligated to strictly adhere to these changes. 
  • Merging of booths may be permitted at the discretion of the organizer and can be arranged at the time of booking. 
  • Additional terms, conditions and protocols can be accessed from our expo website. 

Space Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% of the booking amount on cancellation before 120 days of the scheduled date of the event.
75% of the booking amount on cancellation before 90 days of the scheduled date of the event.
50% of the booking amount on cancellation before 60 days of the scheduled date of the event.
25% of the booking amount on cancellation before 30 days of the scheduled date of the event.
0%   of the booking amount on cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled date of the event.
