- Space Booking Start From: April 1, 2024 (From 10.00 AM)
- Booth No. Allotment From: July 1, 2024 (From 10.00 AM)
- Space Booking Closing Date: September 15, 2024 (Upto 11.00 PM)
- Payment of Final Instalment: September 15, 2024 (Upto 11.00 PM)
- Exhibition Start From: October 15, 2024 (11.00 AM - 05.00 PM)
- Exhibition End Date: October 16, 2024 (10.00 AM - 05.00 PM)
Terms & conditions:
- The minimum size of a shell type booth is 6 sqm (3m x 2m).
- GST @18% will be applicable on Indian participants.
- A 50% advance payment is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the commencement of RailTrans Expo 2024.
- Booths will be allocated on a 'first come, first serve' basis. While bare space is not available at the expo site, exhibitors can explore customization options through approved vendors facilitated by RailTrans Expo 2024 organizers.
- Some of premium booths are reserved for lead sponsors/partners initially. If not filled, these will be offered to other exhibitors in due course.
- The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event venue and floor-plan, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on-site. All exhibitors are obligated to strictly adhere to these changes.
- Merging of booths may be permitted at the discretion of the organizer and can be arranged at the time of booking.
