Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing RailTrans Expo, owned by Urban Infra Communication Private Limited, New Delhi, India ("Our Company"). We strive to provide a satisfactory experience for our customers attending our flagship event, Rail & Transit Expo (RailTrans Expo). However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our event.

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests

1.1. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must do so by submitting a written request to info@railtransexpo.com.

1.2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered for eligible cancellations received within the specified deadline.

1.3. Refund Amount: The amount eligible for a refund will depend on the timing of your cancellation: 
  • Cancellations made before 90 days from the commencement of RailTrans Expo will be eligible for a full (100%) refund.
  • Cancellations made before 60 days from the date of commencement of RailTrans Expo will be eligible for a partial refund (50%), minus the administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made before 30 days from the date of commencement of RailTrans Expo will be eligible for a partial refund (25%), minus the administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days from the commencement of RailTrans Expo.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Refund Request: To request a refund, please send an email to info@railtransexpo.com with the subject line "Refund Request - RailTrans Expo 2024" and include the following information: 
- Your full name.
- Contact information (email address and phone number).
- Registration details (registration number, event date, and type of registration).
- Reason for cancellation.
- Any supporting documentation, if required.

2.2. Refund Approval: Our Company will review your refund request within 15 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.3. Refund Payment: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the registration. Please allow 7-15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Event Cancellation

3.1. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the Rail & Transit Expo is canceled by Our Company, attendees will be notified promptly, and refunds will be issued for the full registration fee paid.

3.2. No Further Liability: Our Company shall not be liable for any other costs or expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of event cancellation.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Our Company reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the RailTrans Expo website.

By registering for Rail & Transit Expo (RailTrans Expo) and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use.
